Freshmen Welcomed to ICCS During Traditional Capping Ceremony

ICCS high school freshmen were officially welcomed to high school during the traditional Freshman Capping Ceremony held this morning in the Cathedral. After morning prayer, each freshman was called forward with the senior who will serve as her big sister for the school year. Seniors placed school beanies on their little sisters' heads to be worn throughout the first week of school. The freshman caps are a longstanding school tradition that identifies the freshmen as newcomers to the IC sisterhood.
