ICCS Senior Briana Brown was featured in the Memphis Flyer Jan. 22 edition in the publication's annual "Top 20 Under 30." Briana, who has studied ballet with the Memphis-based New Ballet Ensemble since age 7, was listed second in the list of individuals the Flyer identified as young Memphians who are making positive contributions to our city and who they see as future leaders.
Briana made local and national news last November when she visited the White House with New Ballet Ensemble director Katie Smythe, where the NBE was one of 12 organizations nationwide to receive the National Arts and Humanities Youth Award Program from First Lady Michelle Obama.
