Memphis Symphony Orchestra Visits ICCS

Two musicians from the Memphis Symphony Orchestra joined our own music teacher, Dr. Nathan Nix, to perform for 2nd-8th grade students on Monday, Nov. 6.The woodwind trio consisted of Susanna Ya'el Witney on bassoon, Rena Feller on clarinet, and Dr. Nix on oboe. Throughout the concert, the musicians demonstrated and talked about their instruments in great detail with the students. The event concluded with a question-and-answer session.
