ICCS is now accepting Financial Aid Applications for students who are fully registered to attend Kindergarten through the 12th grade in the 2017-18 academic year.
To ensure that we distribute our funds equitably, we use a third-party company called FACTS to help us determine financial need.
All families who are interested in applying for financial aid or need-based scholarships must complete the online FACTS financial aid application. Even if your child is currently receiving financial aid, you must re-apply to be eligible for the 17/18 school year.
If you have received your 2016 W-2, please use those income figures. If not, you can estimate based on 2015 year-end income but you will be asked to provide 2016 income tax forms and W-2’s after April 15.
If you have other children who attend one of our fellow Catholic schools and you have completed the FACTS application at that school, you can log back into your account and request that a copy of the income results be sent to ICCS as well.

Financial aid awards will be made on a first-come/first-served basis so it is very important that you complete the application as soon as possible. We ask that all financial aid applications be made prior to February 28.
If you don't have access to a home computer or if you need assistance with the application, the computer lab in the Cathedral Center (elementary school) will be open to assist you Wednesday, January 11 from 7:30-8:30am, Wednesday, January 18 from 3:30-5pm, and Tuesday, January 24 from 5-6:30pm. Bring W-2’s, 2016 tax returns if completed, or 2015 tax returns if not, and information on other financial obligations.
